Summary

Are you a smart, inquisitive, and ambitious final year student or recent graduate from an African university? If so, afriQA is looking for individuals like you to join our team. We value determination, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed. No previous experience is required as our comprehensive 12 months hands-on Traineeship scheme will empower you to become a well rounded QA Consultant.

  • You’ll become proficient in a wide range of skills to thrive as a QA Consultant including software testing, quality engineering, test automation, agile, DevTestOps, DevOps, Dev SecOps

Nice to Have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • A genuine interest and aptitude for Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Passion for embracing new and emerging technologies
  • An ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • A passion for technology and motivation to quickly develop a wide range of development skills
  • Familiarity or experience with C#/.NET, C++, Java, or Python would be advantageous.
