While working as an independent QA consultant for leading UK companies, our founder noticed a striking contrast. Despite the success of outsourcing hubs in Asia and Latin America, he observed that Africa’s vast pool of graduates were largely overlooked.
Armed with the knowledge that many African graduates possessed exceptional technical skills and a drive for excellence, yet they lacked access to the opportunities his UK clients were searching for.
Driven by the belief that talent is universal but opportunity is not, our founder launched afriQA to bridge this gap on a global scale. Through immersive training, mentorship, and collaboration, we now empower African graduates and underrepresented UK talent to excel in quality engineering roles worldwide.
